Is it possible to jump to them from a non-PE acquisitions role without an MBA- or do they exclusively recruit BB IB and Big 3 consultants. Trying to scope out the Denver scene

I highly doubt it. I spoke to someone about their recruiting process during on-cycle and they said they almost exclusively hire from IB and prefer REGL groups. That being said, I could imagine experienced hires at the senior associate/VP level come from other shops. They really tried to pitch the Denver lifestyle, which I could see being attractive to mid-level people looking to leave top shops in bigger cities
