Is this role in the title the same as a Development analyst? Specifically in a master planned community context. Based on the name itself it’s self explanatory but I guess i’d like to know more. Are these roles more on the project management side, financial side, or both? Do they pay well at huge developer shops like Greystar Related Hines?
