Currently interning at a home building doing land acq. Just wanted to see what comps are like for analyst roles up to management to VP. I work at a small shop, there are only 3 of us on the land acq side. Me, our land acq managers and VP of operations.
I am also curious to know if there is a bonus managers get from sourcing deals and what that could be. I’m sure there is but I don’t want to ask directly.
