Just looking at the PERE 25 - Blackstone, Starwood, Lone Star (Hudson Advisors), Carlyle, BGO, Angelo Gordon, CBRE GI, Cerberus, Gaw Capital, PGIM, Fortress, Ares, Bridge, Tishman Speyer, TPG, Westbrook. They all have offices in NYC but some like Carlyle have a majority of headcount in DC/other cities.
Do you know if Lone Star Funds hires out of undergrad?
Not that I know of. Everyone below Director level at Lone Star works for Hudson Advisors and there were a couple jobs postings awhile ago that they had for experienced analysts in their NYC/Dallas office. But quite a few funds (Ares, Northwood, Spear Street) are beginning to hire out of undergrad since they probably figured out it's cheaper than hiring from REIB.

It's a pretty broad question as there are a lot of them. I think your best bet is to pull costar/real capital analytics and take a look at volume bought/sold though this might miss some players who are less active at the moment. It also depends on what asset class you are talking about...
