Hey all - I will be starting at a firm that does some opportunistic NPL (non-performing loan) and mezzanine debt investing. All of my technical prep/experience to date has been on the equity-side and was wondering what type of resources you would use to build a base-line of understanding for fixed income investing (particularly NPL and mezz) in real-estate in terms of books or courses.
