Lease Abstracting Service

My REPE team recently hired a lease administrator full time. It's a full time position and I'm not sure if you have the volume to require that, but it's proven to be pretty helpful so far. They are basically in charge of organizing and abstracting leases, and whenever we have a lease question they can find the answer and respond quicker than we can find the right file to open.

Check out Realogic. They are great for lease abstracts! Used by many of the top industry pros. They are very efficient and not bad on pricing.

We use RETransform...not sure on how they square up with competitors in terms of pricing, but they get the job done.

The Realogic Abstract http://realogic.net/abstract/Features/ software is great once all the info has been well 'abstracted' but not helpful before. Used it and I approve of the reporting and importing functions. Great stuff

I like ACG. They're great. Good at auditing your models too.
