Leasing Consultant/Propery Management or RE Paralegal

Currently work as a RE paralegal that focuses mainly on residential transactions, I will be able to eventually run my own legal process from open to close for residential homes. This job has been pretty rough on my mental though because I’m not interested in law. I eventually want to move to REPE or Development. I have the opportunity to apply to either a leasing consultant role or a property manager role. Would applying to these hinder my chances because I’m not working on deals anymore or would they help me better understand the space since legal knowledge would be more important for legal team then the acquisition/am/development team?
