In second year at UMM and not sure if I’m cut out for this lifestyle long term.
Want to better understand roles outside of REPE and BB lending seems to be perfect. Good base, not to hairy of deals so lifestyle shouldn’t be more than 50 ish hours.
Can people in those seats detail comp progression, hours, bonus percentage, difficulty of rising, etc?
