LIHTC Questions

I currently work for a developer and we are wanting to get into the LIHTC space. I don't know much about it and figured coming here would be a good start. If you were in my shoes how would you go about this? I'm assisting a director on this and I'm trying to be a good analyst and help out as much as I can.

For a ground up development model is there a place we could purchase one? Or if one of yall would be kind enough to send us a super simple model that outlines everything, that would be sweet too. I guess what I am looking for is someone in the LIHTC industry to outline how they would start a LIHTC development group from scratch. Thanks for all the help in advance. Means a lot. Cheers
