Based on previous WSO threads, it appears that users have discussed the availability of the "Linneman Associates: Real Estate Finance and Investments" textbook. However, there is no direct mention of a PDF version being shared. One user suggested trying other means but did not provide a specific link or source for a PDF.

For further assistance, you might want to explore the following options: - Check if any users in the Real Estate Forum have additional suggestions or resources. - Look into purchasing a used copy, as mentioned in the thread comparing it with another textbook.

I'm sorry, but it looks like this may be out of my ability to answer... maybe some of the links below might help?

Personally don’t think it’ll help you on the day to day job. It’s a fairly technical book and covers a bunch of topics and touches on them, but doesn’t touch on all of them extremely in depth. But obviously covers alot of REPE topics in depth.  Experience always trumps a textbook. It’s good for analysts and good for filling in some blanks for more experienced people. Also good for experienced people who have zero knowledge on certain topics (for example CMBS execution) and want to get a baseline of knowledge to build upon

How did you guys get it in the PDF format? Some time ago I reached out to the publisher (Linneman) directly, but they said the textbook is available only in a printed format.
