List of CRE Debt Funds / alt lenders in DFW
I am looking for a list of non-bank lenders in the DFW area that originate loans. I know of ACORE, Crestline Investors, Orix, Fortress, and a few others but was wondering how many other opportunities are in the area.
I know there are AM & servicing groups here but wanted to focus on teams that originate.
Any input is greatly appreciated.
