I am putting together a list of well-known real estate companies for the forum. Please recommend some institutional players or companies with national presence you are aware of that most CRE professionals can immediately acknowledge. They can be PE, developer, Asset Management, investment advisory, investment management, etc.
Any input is appreciated. I will combine the list and post it here.

NRT & SVN aren't actually that well known.
SVN is in that category with Kidder Matthews and Avision Young where they're usually a small-mid sized player if they're even in the market.
NRT is just some kind of franchise of CBC.
