Listing Transaction Experience on Resume
I have been working in investment sales for a big 4 team (think CB, JLL, C&W) in a mid-major metro for 2.5 years and thinking of exploring other opportunities within CRE. When preparing a resume for an interview, under work experience do you typically list the dollar value of deals you have BOV'd, as well as the dollar value of closed deals? Would you provide enhanced detail, such as a closed transactions list with specific property names? To me simply stating dollar values for each bucket seems appropriate, but I have not interviewed since undergrad and would like to match best-process. I greatly appreciate any advice!
I've put # of transactions underwritten, to show volume, with total value of closed deals. I also include select closed transactions to list, which include name, value, prop type.
Interested to hear what others do.
