Loan Asset Management
Does anybody have experience with the PGIM Real Estate Loan Servicing (RELS) AM team? Is there a lot of underwriting involved in this position or is it more of just handling requests of borrowers and making sure the updated financials are meeting requirements? I would like to learn to underwrite different assets from a debt/equity perspective, so just want to know if this role would solve that.
