Loan Asset Manger Modelling Test

Hi All,

I have an upcoming Loan Asset Management modelling test with CBRE. is there any tips to be aware of and what sort of test i will be given to complete? i assume it will be time limited rather than an overnight test. any Insights would be helpful here! Thanks in advance!

Is the job servicing or debt asset management? I work in debt AM and have taken tests for quite a few of the big high-yield players. Those are more finding leveraged and unleveraged returns/waterfall, whereas I imagine a CBRE one is going to be simpler. I would say being organized and formatting well are going to be really important for an introductory-level role.  Also, know how to get EGI and what goes above/below the NOI line. Lastly, learn how to make a dynamic amortization table (periods IO, amort rate, etc.

Hey thanks for the reply. The role is Debt asset management for CBRE (managing approvals for amendments and waivers, evaluating sponsor BPs, forward looking loan performance monitoring, and re-underwriting of non performance loans etc..) I will be seconded to a client to perform the role? Do you have any sort of case studies you could share that I could practise on, which should give me a feel?
