London - Asset Manager COLT Data Centre Services

Hi everyone,

Does anyone know what's the bonus range for an Asset Manager at Colt Data Centre Services (owned by Fidelity).

The role is a hybrid between Asset management, Investment management and Portfolio management. It's modelling heavy and you look at both new development opportunities (land acquisition and construction) and existing assets.

Base is between £75k - £85k. Does anyone know how much they pay in terms of bonus ?

Any info is useful, even if it's from similar roles at competitors.

Many thanks 🙏
