Looking at an analyst role that might include writing whitepapers

As the title suggests, a possible position I'm looking into might include writing white papers. Are there any white papers from major companies (CBRE, NGKF, JLL, C&W) that provide public copies of white papers that are online and I can read. I've looked at Wharton's site for real estate writing, but I think this will be different. Any places I can find white papers to read and get a feel for length and what is included in these reports to be more prepared.

Sorry what are OM's? I mean reports on how the multifamily market is doing. The guy I talked to specifically mentioned white papers, which I assume to mean more specific writing with research to back it up on how the market is doing. I'm not exactly sure what he had in mind, but I'd say there more formal pieces of writing that may be longer (10-20 pages). Here's an example I found: https://greenliteholdings.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/11/GreenLite_Whit…
