Read the annual report for Sun Communities. They just bought a marina portfolio as it’s pretty similar to mobile home parks (take care of the infrastructure and rent out the slips). That’s a decent starting point. Otherwise, it’s super niche and going to be hard to find information.
Suntex just went through a recap with Centerbridge/Resilient Capital Partners (the founders of Suntex), and they're the biggest/best player in this space. There have been some decks floating around on the deal. They've crushed it, and they will IPO as a REIT at some point in the next few years.
