Looking for Analyst in Seattle - Acquisitions & Development
Looking for an analyst to join my team in Seattle with primary focus on acquisitions & development. Will work on new pursuits, and joint ventures structures with various ad-hoc including dispositions, etc.
Looking for recent grad or someone with 1-4 years experience.
We are in multiple markets and our largest project we broke ground on in 2021 was over 500 units - strong capital markets relationships with institutional and family office to execute on projects.
