Looking for good RE podcasts or blogs with actual deal walkthroughs
Any recommendations? Looking for real life cases where I can learn about the thesis, market, numbers, positive / negative leverage, replacement costs, planned NOI increase, etc. Something like bigger pockets but more sophisticated.
