My firm is looking to hire an associate with 4-5 years of experience. We are a REPE platform within a diversified investment management company. Within Real Estate, we have three investment strategies: direct investing, joint ventures, and fund investments. The associate will be responsible for working on new acquisitions and investments as well as managing the existing portfolio. We run a very lean shop so you will have the ability to make an impact immediately. We are looking for an associate that has extensive financial modeling abilities and, preferably, experience at an institutional firm.
