Looking to learn about hospitality/hotel

Hey fellas - currently 1 year in to a multi acquisition seat, and frankly I’m not loving it. Underwriting is just rinse and repeat, requires limited use of my brain and have been thinking about moving into hotel. Anyone able to provide any insight on how acquisitions seats look in the hotel space? Pros, cons, day to day. Anyone in the space willing to chat for a few?

He pushed me to be more intentional about how I talk about my experience and gave me concrete steps to prepare for interviews, from tailoring my resume to practicing financial modeling.
