I work for a mid sized developer in the northeast. Curious if anyone has insight on the most active current funds/companies investing in OZ deals. Also curious what expected net-to-investor return is these days for OZ.

The simple answer is that "it depends on the deal strength". Usually starting from 15%+.

There is a list of all the funds public on I think Novadac or similar site, including fund size and asset type
