Career Resources
A phenomenal team that works on interesting and complex transactions. Very active on both the equity and debt side. Good senior leadership and great people across the Analyst/Associate leave. Have a lot of respect for everyone I have come across or know there.
Debt side is well established.
Very much a New York City family office on the equity side. Interviewed with them a while back, and the equity team seems like its just being built out now that they’ve raised a 200 MM fund (from a single LP)
No real track record of equity execution and no direct strategy beyond the typical buy stem growth markets value add etc (which they’ve never done before btw. Mack development group built large class A assets)
The modeling test was probably the easiest excel assignment I’ve done since I was 12-13. For an experienced hire role, it wasn’t a great look.
Any idea on compensation?
