Majestic Realty Company: Familiarity?

Is anyone familiar with Majestic Realty Company? They're a large development firm in California (in a little known city called City of Industry). It's owned by Edward Roski, who is a pretty famous RE guy in CA and a multibillionaire. They seem to heavily recruit at USC (just from my personal LinkedIn browsing). Anyone have any personal opinions, insights, or comments for their development team?

I appreciate the information. I was just curious about them, their reputation, and deal flow. I’m not contemplating any offer from them or anything. Just seems like an interesting shop to work out down the line.

Yeah Edward Roski is an interesting guy. Even served in Vietnam as a Marine Corps Officer. I should read in more detail about his actual start in real estate.

Good shop. They do a lot of ground lease/special structures with their JV/partnerships. Smart guys, i.e. not the cheapest partnership structures. Roski family is heavily USC rooted. Not sure what else you want to know.

I appreciate the information you gave. Do you happen to know what their deal flow is like? There is not a lot of information about them online compared to other large development companies (like Tishman, Related, or even regional in SoCal like CIM Group).
