Anyone have info on mapletree? Seems like top 50 RE fund but not much info in terms of comp, hours, and upward mobility. This is for NYC

They are always recruiting in my market (not NYC) and from what I have heard this is because they have a high turnover of staff because the culture sucks. Complete hearsay but take from it what you will.
