Market REPE MF Associate Comp These Days?
An 1 at a bank looking to jump to REPE for my associate stint. Unlike traditional PE, having a hard time pinning down what market comp is for REPE teams at large shops. I’ve seen some threads here and there but most of them are pretty ambiguous or are likely out of date. If anyone has comp info they could share, would be greatly appreciated
I’ve seen the range of 225-low 300s. With highest paying shops in the mid 200s to low 300s
market is 300k
Great topic comp in REPE varies a lot by fund size, location, strategy. From what I’ve seen, associate roles at large-cap REPE funds can offer £100k+ base with strong bonus potential, though smaller shops may pay less.
This is discussed every 2-3 weeks on WSO. How could you not find this information?
250k for 1st year associate at MF REPE. Confirmed at Carlyle and KKR.
Do you happen to know the split between base and bonus?
