REPE Compensation
Hi there, I just received an offer to intern at a top 50 PERE firm next summer. I generally have no clue how much to expect to make the following year if I get a return. Does anyone know typical analyst pay at top PERE firms?

The most recent data is always the most pertinent, and, in my case, useful. Was just hoping to gather datapoints from kind commenters but you had to be wise. Hoping things get better in your life.

top 50 PERE is kinda broad. feel like it varies a lot depending on what kinda shop you’re at — if you’re at a MF like bx/stwd then comp is going to be decently higher than some of the other shops on that list.

Agreed. Can be at PGIM or KKR. KKR might literally pay 2x than PGIM. Both top 50.
