MarketSpace Capital - Houston
Houston folks,
Does anyone have any info on a company called MarketSpace Capital? What's their reputation in the marketplace? I know they're a MF syndicator that primarily markets to the healthcare crowd (doctors, surgeons, etc.) but how well do their deals do?
As of recently small multifamily syndicators are getting a lot of stigma for obvious reasons.
