Masters in RE then MBA?

Is there any point in doing a Masters in Real Estate in a 1 or 2 year program then doing an MBA down the line if you want to stay in the real estate industry? Assuming you get into a top tier MBA, would the network and name be useful when you move up and start sourcing deals? Alternatively, if you wanted out of real estate, would you almost be forced to do an MBA to rebrand? Curious on any thoughts, thanks.
