Spoken with a couple guys there. Sounded very legit but their strategy is definitely unique in their pretty much focusing on buying loan to foreclose on, some sort of arbitrage in rates you can charge throughout the foreclosure process. Seem very smart and know their stuff I’m sure.
My only concern with a place like this is real estate is a small world and if you become known as some dickhead who only forecloses on people could give you a bad rep going forward, but just my $0.02
