MBB to REPE?

Has anyone heard of MBB consultants with IB summer experience exiting to REPE at MFs?

If not, what are some paths that one can take to end up at REPE in a MF like Blackstone?

He pushed me to be more intentional about how I talk about my experience and gave me concrete steps to prepare for interviews, from tailoring my resume to practicing financial modeling.
