MetLife Equity

WSO,

I've had conversations about joining the MetLife equity team at the senior analyst level. From my understanding they do direct investments as well as JVs with notable sponsors. I'm not too familiar with the equity side, but they are well capitalized (30Bn+) and MetLife debt is highly regarded. I was wondering if anyone could speak to the job experience / compensation / exit opps? Should I receive the offer I'll happily share the details.

Thank you

I've had an offer from them in the past and show them a good amount of business currently. From my understanding, they used to primarily only do JVs but now they are actively involved in direct investments. Most people (at least in that office) start out doing asset management work with a later transition into an acquisitions/development style role.
