MF Downside

In your opinion, which MF markets and products are least susceptible to a severe recession/ most recession resilient and why?

Seems there has been a ton of capital flowing into historically volatile markets (Vegas, Phoenix, Orlando for example). I recognize things have changed over the last few years, but curious to hear how others are seeing recession risk right now.
