For a multifamily agency debt origination analyst working on a team for a big producer (think a CBRE, Walker Dunlop level brokerage firm), what percentage of the head producer’s commission should I expect to make? Also interested in % when I rise to the associate, assistant Vice President, Vice President, etc levels. Also, anyone have any idea of base salary?
