Top REPE life style exit?
I’m hoping to leave a large REPE (PERE top 10) due to work hours, stress and personal issues like ADHD. However, I’m only a year in and options seem limited. I’m open to moving to less demanding roles but I’d like total compensation to be around GBP70-80k. Any advice? I might stay a few months and then quit if I don’t find a better opportunity. Frankly, I’ve been looking to move into large corps / consulting / tech but haven’t had much success yet.
