Midwood Investment & Development Team - Any Insight?

Does anyone have any insights into Midwood Investment & Development? Their team and culture, what strategy they have over the next 12-36 months, or any other intel about their LA operations? I've had a handful of conversations with a few members of their team but all short and cordial, nothing too intense, I already took their excel test, and am trying to learn more about their reputation and potentially any insight into their expansion plans for the West Coast/LA. The position is in LA where they own only a few assets, so the opportunity can go either way in terms of upward mobility and responsibilities.... Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks - TL

Great team, culture wise(at least in NYC) they are all great people.  Smart, good hours, good sense of humor, they have actively hired outside HR help to make them a "Great Place to Work".

Head of Dev is a good guy, smart, SVP of Dev in LA is pretty awesome, I like Ben a lot.  Sportsman's Lodge is a great project to work on, partially because of the location and partially because the head of leasing brings in Uber Cool tenants.

Except for the finance team, they are a team of smart yet humble professionals.
