Does anybody have any book recommendations or advice on mitigating risks as a real estate investor and developer? One of the more interesting pieces of advice I've collected from this site is the importance of not being afraid of risk, but learning how to manage it. Is this simply a skill you've learned in the industry over time? Or is this something that can be taught through industry best practices, reading, etc.?
