Model Test W/ Waterfall example?
Set to take a modeling test for a REPE firm. Not sure what asset class it’ll be on, but I can almost guarantee there will be a waterfall. Does anyone have a practice test or case study that includes a waterfall that I can practice with? I can private message you if you do.
Adventures in CRE have a library of waterfall models, they are free to download. Start with basic IRR then move on to Equity Multiple, anything additional after that is just bonus points in a short excel test.
