Model/Materials Exchange - Anyone have models and other stuff to trade?
I've got some models/reference materials that I'd like to trade for other stuff. I'm looking for ground up development models with waterfall analysis for all asset classes, and acquisition models for anything but multifamily.
I have all lessons/models from an NYU RE financial modeling course, the REFM models/powerpoints, a ground up development MF model, real estate reference materials/interview prep from Columbia MBA/MSRED real estate club. PM me if you would like to exchange.
