Morgan Properties
Hello Everyone,
I'm looking for insights on Morgan Properties out of KOP, Pennsylvania. They're the #2 largest apartment owner according to NMHC. Does anyone have information on their culture, comp, opportunities to advance, etc. This is for a post-MBA Analyst/Associate role (from a T20 school, if that makes any difference).
Any input would be appreciated. Thank you in advance!
No idea on comp, but company is legit. Get new, and junior, folks involved early on big deals. Office is seriously not fancy, but good folks and you can advance quickly if you are smart/work hard. They run fairly lean for a company that sized so opportunities are there.
Very legit firm, one of my company's offices has a direct relationship with them and does most their financings. Very large and LinkedIn worthy deals they work on. Don't know too much about them personally, but haven't ever heard negative news and know they get things done.

Had worked there before and most of the people were nice. The company is fast-growing. Since I left, they doubled their portfolio in the past 6 years.
We've done deals with these guys back in my brokerage days (7 years ago). These guys are family office and are legit. They know what they're doing when it comes to apartment and can take down large deals/transaction if they want to.
Culture seemed lean yet things still move quick there. Smart folks with very good reputation in the apartment sector. Not sure on comp.
