I’d say One World Trade is a prestigious global address, as are many buildings on Park Avenue which is synonymous with generational wealth and nyc finance. Several historic and iconic buildings like 30 Rock could count as prestigious imo.

 

One Vanderbilt pulls the highest rent psf in the city by a wide margin. Next would be anything on Park Ave followed by Madison Ave. Few boutique buildings in Meatpacking pull crazy rents too.

No one wants to work in Chrysler building / empire state building because ceilings are low and interiors are dated + no / few amenities.  GM building is OK purely because it is on top of Grand Central but still not close to highest rents or nicest interior.
