Moving to Special Servicer today?
To all of the special servicers out there, what are your thoughts on joining the team at this moment? Will I be working myself out of a job in a few years? Do you have any regrets?
I have previous experience doing workouts / restructures / general debt AM and am considering going to the special servicing route.
