MREIT repo agreement collateral valuation?
I'm trying to understand how MREIT repo agreement collateral is valued when the collateral is whole loans, mortgage servicing rights, or other assets that aren't priced on public securities markets. 10-Q filings refer to "interest rates, spreads, or market conditions" as determining collateral value, which isn't terribly helpful. Anyone have insight on this?
