MSc in Real Estate?
I've seen some universities offering MSc in Real Estate or MSc in Finance and Real Estate. Is there any value in that in terms of advancing one's knowledge and breaking into RE Development or PERE?
I had 0 exposure to Real Estate but is something that I'm seriously considering because I tend to enjoy architecture, and also, hopefully, manage my properties down the road. Getting a job in RE after such as MSc would be the main reason to do it to gain hands-on experience.
Also, I have no experience in finance/top uni in order to break directly into RE roles.
Or an MBA with a RE concentration would be way more valuable (but also more expensive)?
