MSRED/MSRE financial aid money?

I am currently applying to Msred/Msre programs to start in Fall ‘21. Does anyone have experiences with Harvard, Mit, Columbia, Nyu, and cornell? I was wondering if these programs give out decent scholarships or financial aid need based.

If anyone has suggestions on different programs to apply for - I would love to hear it. Would harvard and mit simply be out of reach?

My stats:

3 years of work experience at a development shop. Promoted to associate this past year. Mainly working in multi family and hotel sectors.

2 internships with real estate private equity firms during undergrad.

Sub 3.0 gpa at a top liberal arts school. Economics and English major.
