Multi-Family Funds in SoCal (OC and San Diego)
Could someone list reputable multi-family funds in OC and San Diego? Also, which market is more vibrant from a networking perspective? Thanks

OC is definitely more "vibrant" from a networking perspective. There's just way more people there, especially in CRE and Finance. SD is great but the job market is pretty narrow compared to the rest of the metros in the state
