Multi-Family - Property Tours / Baseline Property Evaluation

I am the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of CRES, a third-party Asset Management platform. Our core business is recurring Asset Management services, usually for Sponsors and majority Limited Partners. 

However, with how much we travel to cover our expansive portfolio in core markets across the country, a few folks have inquired about an additional potential service. 

If we offered an a la carte option for someone within the CRES organization to tour your deal while we are already in the market (1) Is this a service, you would be interested in? (2) What would you be willing to pay to not have to travel / send someone from your team? (3) Would you expect more of an output than a Site Audit Pro with 25+ photos and a one page write up? 

CRES Overview 

CRES, an affiliate company of The Bascom Group, was founded in Q4 2023 by Brendan Van Deventer and Tony Ferrell. The Bascom Group is a minority owner of the venture and is involved as an advisory board. With over 35 properties and ~7.5k units on the platform, we have exposure to all major cities in Texas, Arizona, California, Colorado, North / South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Oklahoma, New Jersey, New York, Delaware, Maryland, Missouri, among others.
