Multifamily Asset Management Books/Resources
I am interested in learning more about asset/portfolio management, especially for multifamily. Can anybody recommend a good resource? There are a few highly rated textbooks on Amazon but they cost $100+ so would prefer to get some recs from WSO before making any big purchases.
