DFW but would be interested to see what other markets are seeing
seeing 4-6weeks free depending on the submarket. Would say 4 weeks free overall in markets where there is new construction and 6 weeks free for lease up deals. Id say in submarkets where there isn’t new supply coming online then you’ll see waived app and admin and maybe 2-4 weeks free.
Other markets in TX I’m seeing 6 weeks free and for the first 80% of occupancy and then declines to ~2 weeks free or a visa gift card $(500-$1000) for the next ~10%-12%. Saw this for a few properties all brand new construction but workforce housing product.
